These terms are an agreement between you and New Media XP (“NMX”, “we”, “us”) about our website at https://www.newmediaxp.com.
By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use it. If you’re too young to agree to terms like these where you live, ask a parent or guardian to agree for you.
The web apps on the website, PDFGen and SudokuGen, have their own terms, and so does the NMX Account. Our other apps may have their own terms too.

The website links to app stores, social networks and other sites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for them. Their own terms apply when you use them.
We may change, pause or stop the website or parts of it.
We provide the website “as is”, for free. We work to keep it running and correct, but we can’t promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or right for what you need.
As far as the law allows, NMX isn’t responsible for losses from using the website.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live, or limits our responsibility where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live in another country, you also keep the protection of its consumer laws.
These terms may be updated from time to time. When they change, the date at the top changes too. If a change is significant, we’ll also say so on our website before it takes effect. If you keep using the website after that, the new terms apply.
